Terms & Conditions
1. Bookings
All sessions must be booked in advance via the website, booking system, or by contacting Jenny directly.
Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment has been received or a booking confirmation has been issued.
All new clients begin with an initial session. This allows time to understand your body, your goals, and any areas that need support, so that sessions can be tailored safely and effectively from the start.
Sessions are offered on a 1:1, 2:1, or small private group basis, depending on what suits you best.
2. Payments
Payment for sessions is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Block bookings or packages must be paid in full in advance.
Block bookings of 6 sessions are ideally taken on a weekly basis to support consistency and progress. Sessions are valid for 10 weeks from the date of the first session, allowing flexibility for holidays and changes in routine. Unused sessions cannot be carried over beyond this period.
Sessions and block bookings are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.
3. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
Jenny will always try to accommodate a change of time where possible, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Missed sessions cannot be carried over.
If you arrive late, Jenny will always do her best to accommodate a full session where possible, although this may not always be possible. Sessions will still end at the scheduled time.
4. Health & Responsibility
By attending sessions, you confirm that you are fit to participate in Pilates and will inform Jenny of any injuries, medical conditions, or changes to your health.
It is your responsibility to work within your own limits and to follow guidance given during sessions.
If you are unsure whether Pilates is suitable for you, please seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before attending.
Pregnancy, postnatal and specialist sessions are tailored to individual needs, and in some cases medical approval may be required before participation.
Jenny reserves the right to refuse or stop a session if it is considered unsafe to continue.

All sessions are undertaken at your own risk.
Jenny Hopps Pilates accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during sessions.
